2022 - 2025

Advocacy Strategy: Developed and implemented policy advocacy strategy on forced displacement for the largest alliance of US-based international NGOs. Managed a dedicated policy working group, led stakeholder engagement, and cultivated relationships with government agencies, industry groups, and multilateral organizations.
Government relations & Stakeholder Engagement: Served as Focal Point to the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC), where UN agencies and NGOs set strategic priorities and formulate policy, to ensure alignment with member organization priorities. Engaged with key stakeholders including the US State Department, World Bank, and UN agencies. Coordinated efforts to advance policy goals
Policy Analysis & Representation: Tracked and analyzed emerging policy trends to develop advocacy documents, briefings, and strategic recommendations. Facilitated discussions with diverse groups of up to 70 participants. Coordinated formal C7 working group on human mobility and migration and represented InterAction at the G7’s civil society sessions and other policy fora on behalf of NGO members

Policy Research: Conducted qualitative and quantitative research on global humanitarian system reform at a leading policy think tank. Published in Devex, presented research on a think tank panel, served as first author on a CGD policy paper on how donors allocate resources, and other CGD publications
High-Level Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Supported engagement with senior officials from humanitarian donor governments and multilateral organizations. Organized high-level side events, Chatham House discussions, and strategic dialogues to influence decision-making and advance policy objectives
